News from Cloud Side #5
After a little stop due to some working tasks congestion and participation in important events like Cloud Field Day 8, it’s time to reboot my “News from Cloud Side” with some cools from the major player in cloud fields and relative tools. This week we’re preparing for VMworld 2020 virtual edition and TechFieldDay at NGINX. Let’s see in-depth.
VMworld 2020 one month to go!
This could be a great chance to attend VMworld for free from 29th September to 1st October! Yes, it’s true! VMware has given the opportunity to participate in the full event, following sessions, and participate in the event moments stay comfy at home. As a frequent attendee, I know this is not exactly the format of the in-person event, but the announcements, the value of the technical sessions and the ability to stay in touch with the news coming from one of the important worldwide company focused on Virtualization, Cloud and Cloud-Native Applications.
The content schedule is available and there are some sessions focus on Application Modernization, Tanzu, and Telco, and it shouldn’t miss vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and the products in EUC and Multicloud eco-systems like Horizon and vRealize Suite.
The {code} moment seems unbounded from VMworld! In fact, checking the official website, this year {code} is hosting a two-day event called VMware {code} Connect 2020, which is running from 1st to 2nd October (after the VMworld) and includes sessions, a “Script Based Competition” and finally a Hackathon! Definitely, I can’t miss this!
And keeping the focus on community, don’t forget to stop to VMUG both and connect with local leaders to getting informed on the upcoming events.
